About Us

NoBul Promotions was established in 1993 by Alex Alexandrou. Alex got his first break in the music business from a careers office at school; yes you have read that right. He joined MPA an independent radio plugger in 1986 where he learnt the ropes, built up his contacts and relationships with key radio personnel and stations. During these years Alex worked with various independent and major record labels such as Arista, Siren, Ten and Virgin and many more. He worked with a variety of artists from Soul II Soul, T'Pau, Danny Wilson, Kirsty MacColl, to The Moody Blues, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, and many more. See Roster

Alex set up NoBul Promotions in 1993 with an Enterprise Allowance from the government Covering both National and Regional Radio promotion NoBul soon built up a good client base working with labels such as MCA, Island, A&M, RCA, Polygram to name but a few. In 1996 Alex joined the newly formed Chrysalis Records owned then by EMI which at the time was the only British owned major label. Alex ran the regional radio department working on releases from Fun Lovin' Criminals, World Party, Belinda Carlisle, the No 1 single from White Town as well as the first two solo releases from Robbie Williams.

In 1997 Alex relaunched NoBul looking after the first release from the All Saints. NoBul has been promoting music to National and Regional radio working with a variety of artists and labels. See Roster or Latest News for more information

Alex and NoBul have achieved airplay for well over 40 No 1 singles / albums and countless of top 10's hits.

What We Do

NoBul has great relationships with National and Regional Radio Stations and the key contacts that work in these stations and groups.

We are very selective on what projects we taken on which results in great working relationships with the decision makers in radio. We treat all our artists and projects individually and target the most suitable and relevant stations. We basically make sure your music is heard by the right people, the decision makers, and that your music is presented to them at the right time and in the right way.
